The best way to get your instrument or amplifier to us is to bring it to our workshop.
We are open 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday & 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday.
Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a convenient time when delivering & collecting instruments etc.
We can arrange collection of your instrument or amplifier through our courier service.
You can be rest assured that your guitar or amp is in safe hands with us, all items are trackable & you will be contacted via email or phone upon receipt of your item(s) at our workshop.
Please note repaired items will only be despatched to the customer upon clearance of payment.

IMPORTANT
Please send your guitar to us in a case & package it carefully. If you do not own a case then contact us for advice on packaging.
With amplification & sound equipment always ensure you use a sturdy box with enough space around the item for bubble wrap or similar protection.
It is also useful to enclose details of any known faults on the equipment you are sending us!
